3. Australian Consumer Law

All goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or modifies your statutory rights under the ACL.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

A contract of sale is formed when full payment has been received and an order confirmation has been issued.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payments are processed securely through approved third-party gateways. We do not store your credit card details. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or system error.

5. Pricing and Product Information

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend prices or product details at any time without notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, colour or appearance variations may occur due to monitor settings or production differences. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metropolitan areas: 3–7 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days
• Remote areas: 10–14 business days

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. Title in goods transfers once full payment has been received.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are managed in accordance with our Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy.

Change-of-mind or size exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Customised, embroidered, clearance, or special-order items cannot be returned unless faulty under the ACL.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is owned by Buckner Brand Management or its content suppliers and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

All Goodstart Early Learning names, logos, and trademarks are used under licence and remain the property of Goodstart Early Learning Limited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBM and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it, except where required under the ACL.

We are not responsible for losses arising from delivery delays, unauthorised account use, or third-party service interruptions.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or supply chain disruptions.
