When can I expect to receive items?

Can I return items to my child’s centre?
No. To request a return, please complete the Return Request Form on the Goodstart Online Store.

What happens if I change my mind or want to exchange an item?
If you change your mind or require a size exchange, please contact our fulfilment team immediately.
Change-of-mind returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, folded, and have all original tags attached.
Return postage costs for change-of-mind or size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. Exchanges will be sent once the returned items have been received and inspected.

I’m trying to submit a return request, but I’m seeing the message “No available item to request.”
Return requests can only be submitted once your order has been delivered.
If you’ve already received your items, this message may appear because our system hasn’t yet updated your delivery status. Please try again a little later.
If it has been more than 24 hours since your delivery and you still see “No available item to request,” please reach out to us via the contact form.
